A nourishing, heart-centered space to come as you are — to rest into presence, creativity, and the cycles that live within you. Through shared practices, guided inquiry, and embodied connection, we explore the wisdom of the womb, the rhythms of nature, and the power of co‑regulation in a circle of women.

A place to be witnessed, to belong, and to remember what it is to feel safe in your own skin. All ages are welcome — babes in arms included. 1:1 Somatic Sessions

Gentle, body‑led support rooted in nervous system regulation and attuned presence. My approach draws on somatic work, guiding you in small, manageable steps that honour the natural pace of your body. Together, we track subtle patterns of safety, threat, freeze, or activation, opening space for what has been held to soften, release, and transform.
This work is an invitation to land more fully in yourself — bringing regeneration, clarity, and a deep sense of alignment anchored in your body’s own wisdom.

Rites of Passage & Ceremony

Personalised ceremonies to mark and honour life’s thresholds — whether you’re calling in the new, closing an old chapter, wanting to heal from past thresholds (such as menarche, womb themed experiences, life transitions)
These rituals create a sacred container to witness your journey, weaving embodiment, intention, and womb‑centred wisdom. From maiden to mother, birth to rebirth, we gather the threads of your story and anchor them in the body, allowing you to step forward rooted and renewed.
