Hi There, i’m Freya Rose. Artist & Somatic Alchemy Guide.

I offer creativity & artistic practices, private sessions & circles surrounding the themes of cyclical awareness, Feminine embodiment & creativity.

I weave the skills & wisdom i have gathered along the years through my personal path of healing , as well as professional trainings. A journey of connecting to my own body, creativity, womb, nature, & indigenous teachings.

I believe that true healing & empowerment comes from anchoring ourselves into our bodies & connecting into Nature, community and our creative expression. I am devoted to playing, celebrating and exploring a path of beauty, healing and becoming.
