For as long as I can remember, I have lived within two worlds — the world of beauty, making, and visual expression, and the world of embodiment, ritual, and feminine mysteries. These paths weave together, for me, inspiring and forming one another.
I am devoted to playing, celebrating and exploring a path of beauty, healing and becoming.
Two paths,
one thread
I trained first in art and fashion design, and have spent over a decade building a creative practice — painting, designing websites and brand identities for soul-led businesses, working with colour, form, and the alchemy of bringing something invisible into visible form.
Alongside this, I have been walking a path of somatic and spiritual inquiry — studying across feminine wisdom traditions, shamanic womancraft, tantric arts, trauma resolution, and womb healing. My own healing journey has been the foundation of everything.
I work with women and soul-led businesses who are seeking clarity, resonance, and a deeper connection to their creative and embodied lives.

A somatic healing practice working at the intersection of body, spirit, science, and mystery — bringing a paradigm shift of subtlety and precision to the world of trauma resolution. Rather than pushing or fixing, Alchemical Alignment creates the conditions for the body's own intelligence to complete what has been left unfinished, gently, at its own pace. As threat responses resolve and unmet needs are met, what the lineage calls the Embodiment of Spirit becomes possible: longstanding pain softening, sensory awareness returning, empty parts filling in. A 600-hour, two-year certification weaving the embodied teachings of Tantra and sacred sexuality with modern trauma integration science and coaching methodology. Founded by Australian midwife, teacher, and menstrual educator Jane Hardwicke Collings, the School of Shamanic Womancraft is an international Women's Mystery School. Its teachings work with the shamanic dimensions of the feminine life cycle — menstruation, pregnancy, birth, menopause, and every rite of passage between — carrying the understanding that each threshold of a woman's life is an initiation. When met with ceremony, wisdom, and communal witness, these transitions become portals of profound transformation.
An archetypal, somatic, and nature-based model for post-traumatic growth, working with seven core archetypes to reawaken the natural capacities that trauma obscures. ReBloom weaves nervous system science, mythology, and embodied ethics into a compassionate map for healing — both personal and collective. Its understanding of trauma as something held and stuck in the body long after the original wound has ended mirrors the somatic philosophy at the heart of all my work.

Developed by women's health physical therapist Tami Lynn Kent, Holistic Pelvic Care™ works with the pelvic bowl as a centre of creative energy, feminine power, and somatic intelligence.
